What team size do I need?
One person dedicated to content or to the site is enough to start. Advisory pays off more the more internal execution capacity there is to direct.
Can we combine advisory with hands-on execution?
Yes — it's the most common format: your team runs the day-to-day under our direction, and the specialized sprints (a migration, a GEO project, a programmatic build) we execute ourselves.
