A proven system to turn traffic into growth
Five phases that repeat until the business grows, and four ways of working with you depending on the team you already have. No magic recipes: method, execution and measurement.
The 5 phases
Audit
A full technical audit, keyword research organized by purchase intent, and an assessment of your current visibility in search engines and AI. We finish with the three root problems isolated and ranked by business impact.
Consolidation
Before writing a single new word, we organize what already exists. Most sites don’t lack content — they have content fighting itself for the same search. Consolidating usually moves the needle more than publishing.
Architecture
We define the pillar page for each topic and the satellite articles that reinforce it with internal linking and keyword anchors. Google understands hierarchies — we make yours explicit.
Execution
Content published, structured data implemented, business profile optimized and authority signals built. Week by week, with an owner and a date for every action.
Measurement
A monthly report with positions verified in the browser — not just a tool’s average — and the exact leads generated. If it doesn’t move the business, it doesn’t make next month’s plan.
How we work
A collaboration model for every reality: from the full operation to senior judgment over your own team.
Full operation
We cover strategy, technical, content and authority. We execute; you approve and measure.
Embedded squad
We work inside your tools and your rituals — like one more team in your company.

Your team executes; we provide the judgment, direction and quality control.
Discipline sprints
Scoped projects with a start and an end: a migration, a GEO project, a programmatic build.

Frequently asked questions
Why is the minimum engagement six months?
Because SEO can’t prove itself in less: the first ranking movements show between months 2 and 3, and lead impact from month 4 onward. Charging for three months would be charging for planting without a harvest.
What happens in the first week?
The audit kicks off: Search Console and Analytics access, the three-lens review, and your critical searches verified by hand. By the second meeting, root problems are on the table.
How do you decide what to do each month?
With the previous report in front of us: whatever moved rankings or leads gets scaled; whatever didn’t gets fixed or dropped. The monthly plan comes from measurement, not from a template.
The audit is Phase 01 — and it’s free.
